Is this another calorie restricted fad diet?

I can't do cardio exercise, is that a problem.
Government recommendations for 150 minutes of cardio a week are very difficult for most people, especially as we get older. Our exercise program can be done by anyone, of any fitness level, at home and doesn't include any cardio. The science now shows you can get "safer" and better results this way
I have limited time available for exercise and cooking
We have designed the exercise part of the program so the key benefits can be achieved in just 2 x 30 minute sessions each week. The nutrition plan shows you how create tasty nutritious meals and snacks to suit your lifestyle
